Adult Massage: what the studio menus say

Adult massage is the phrase people type into a search bar. No studio on this page calls itself that. Their own listings use more specific words, and those words are the only reliable guide to what a session covers. Read any adult massage listing as a menu, and treat anything not on it as not offered.

• Erotic: the broad label most studios put first, for a massage with an intimate, sensual focus.
• Sensual: a slower massage built around touch, warmth and atmosphere.
• Nuru: a massage given with a smooth, odourless gel, named after a Japanese word for slippery.
• Body to body: the massage is given with the body as well as the hands.
• Tantra: an unhurried session drawing on tantric ideas of breath and attention.
• Lingam: lingam and yoni are Sanskrit words tantra studios print on their menus; a lingam massage is a tantra session given to a man.
• Four hands: two therapists work together in one session.

Menus vary a great deal. One Warsaw studio lists nuru and nothing else, while several list all seven words. If the word you are after does not appear on a studio's adult massage menu, ask before booking rather than assuming. What a studio offers is what it publishes, and the therapist sets the limits of every session.

Booking by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or website

Almost every studio here answers on two channels at least: a phone line and WhatsApp. Most also have a website, and many list an e-mail address. Two exceptions are worth knowing. Heaven Massage in Krakow lists phone, e-mail and website but no WhatsApp, and Laya Erotic&Tantra Massage, also in Krakow, lists phone, WhatsApp and e-mail but no website.

Telegram is a Warsaw habit. Hidden Secret, Reina Massage, Tantric Paradise, Touch Magic, PrivateStudioWarsaw, Sensoria and The Muse Massage all list it. Outside the capital, no studio on this page names Telegram as a channel.

For a first adult massage booking, a written message is the better first step. It lets you state the day and time you want, the length of the session and the menu word you are interested in, all in one go. The reply gives you something to refer back to: the price quoted, the time agreed and, where the studio shares it at this stage, the address. A phone call works well once you know what you want, or on the day itself if you are running late. Keep the first message short and polite; the people answering adult massage enquiries handle many of them in an evening, and a clear request gets a clear answer.

Warsaw by district: Śródmieście, Wola and Mokotów

Warsaw has twenty studios, the most of any city here, and the capital is where adult massage in Poland is most concentrated. Most sit in Śródmieście, the centre: Cosmos Massage on Marszałkowska, Hidden Secret on Sapieżyńska, Reina Massage, Tantric Paradise, Tsambika on Smolna next to Hotel Indigo, Desert Rose, Loungegardens, Niebo I Chmury Warsaw on Solec, Orientmasaz on Pl. Konstytucji, PrivateStudioWarsaw on Nowolipki, Salon Kleo and The Muse Massage.

Seven are in Wola: Blissful Massage Warsaw, Touch Magic on Sienna, Japanese Nuru Massage Studio, MT Imperium on Kacza, Salon Eden on Grzybowska, Sensoria on Łucka and Shambala Erotic Massage. Anahata tantra is the one studio listed in Mokotów.

The hours spread wide. For a late adult massage, Blissful Massage Warsaw publishes every day until 05:00 and Sensoria from 12:00 to 06:00. Salon Eden opens 12:00 to 03:00 on weekdays but only 12:00 to 15:00 at weekends. Cosmos Massage closes at 18:00, Touch Magic is closed on Sunday, and Tantric Paradise publishes no hours, so confirm its times by message. Reina Massage, Anahata tantra and The Muse Massage publish no hours at all.

Two Warsaw studios, Desert Rose and Loungegardens, say in their own listings that they also come to your hotel. No other studio on this page states that.

Krakow and Wroclaw: districts and opening hours

Krakow lists eight studios, spread across several districts rather than one centre. Paradise Reef Krakow is on Starowiślna in Kazimierz, open 10:00 to 22:00. Erotic Massage Krakow Venus on Szlak in Kleparz opens 10:00 to 04:00 most days and until midnight on Sunday. TK Platinum in Krowodrza publishes 10:00 to 05:00 every day, and Heaven Massage, also in Krowodrza, 10:00 to 01:00. Laya Erotic&Tantra Massage is in Grzegórzki from 09:00 to 21:00, and Tantra SPA Krakow in Prądnik Czerwony from 08:00. Studio Dewi in Zwierzyniec is closed Tuesday to Thursday. Eden VIP publishes neither an address nor hours.

Wroclaw has ten studios, the second largest choice for adult massage in the country. Three are in the Old Town: Aura masaz erotic, Bogini Bastet, whose entrance is from Igielna, and Orient Masaz Wroclaw 2. Orient masaz Wroclaw on Piłsudskiego is in the city centre, open 09:00 to midnight. Further out are Salon masazu VINNERI in Huby, TaoSpa in Krzyki until 01:00, The Touch in Szczepin, Winks Massage in Nadodrze and Hypnos Lounge Prive near Powstańców Śląskich, which closes at 18:00 on Tuesday. Tantra Touch on Pochyła publishes no district.

In both cities, an adult massage after midnight is possible only at the handful of studios publishing those hours.

Gdansk, Gdynia and the smaller cities

Gdansk has six studios. Euphoria, Niebo i Chmury and Sensual Gdansk are in Śródmieście; Mystique is in Przymorze and Randewu in Wrzeszcz. Orient masaz Gdansk publishes no address but opens every day from 09:00 to midnight. Mystique publishes no hours for Friday or Saturday, and Randewu and Sensual Gdansk publish none at all, so a message first is the practical route for adult massage in Gdansk.

Gdynia has two. Masazetao sits on Wzgórze Św. Maksymiliana and opens 09:00 to 21:00; Vinneri publishes neither address nor hours.

Elsewhere the choice is small, and it is worth saying plainly:

• Poznan: two studios. Imperium Elite on Garbary in the Old Town lists nuru only; Golden Paradise gives no district or hours.
• Szczecin: two studios. Masaz Szczecin in Śródmieście is closed on Saturday; Velvet opens every day 10:00 to midnight.
• Lublin: two studios, Orient masaz and Strefa Masazu, neither with a published address.
• Bydgoszcz: one studio, Desire Bydgoszcz in Bartodzieje.
• Torun: one studio, Desire, in the Old Town.

In a city with a single listing, your adult massage options depend entirely on that studio's diary, so book ahead rather than turning up.

Adult Massage: what to ask before booking

A short list of questions, sent in your first message, prevents almost every misunderstanding.

• The length. Ask which durations are available and how long the whole visit takes, including the shower before and after.
• What the session includes, in the studio's own menu words. If you want tantra, four hands or nuru, name it and ask whether it is available on the day you want. Do not ask for anything outside the published menu.
• The price in zloty. No studio on this page publishes a price, so this site gives no figure. Ask for the total for the length and menu you have chosen, and whether payment is in cash or by card.
• The exact address. Some studios give the building number, floor or door only once a booking is confirmed, and several publish no address here at all. Ask how to find the entrance; Bogini Bastet in Wroclaw, for example, notes an entrance from a side street.

Keep the agreed details in writing. An adult massage booked with a clear length, menu and price leaves nothing to negotiate in the room, which suits both you and the therapist. If anything in the reply is unclear, ask again before you set off rather than at the door.

Your first visit: arriving and being a good guest

Arrive on time, not early. Studios run to a schedule, and a guest waiting in a small reception can disrupt the session before yours. If you are going to be late, send a message as soon as you know; a few minutes is usually manageable, a long delay may shorten your time or move your slot.

Expect a shower before the session. Most studios have a private shower and provide towels; using it is simply part of the visit, not an optional extra. Clean hands, short nails and no strong cologne are basic courtesy.

The therapist leads the session and sets its limits. What happens in the room is what was agreed before it started, in the studio's own menu words. Nothing is owed beyond that, and pressing for more is not acceptable. If the therapist says no, the answer is final. Treat the people who work there as the professionals they are: polite, sober and respectful of their time.

Pay as agreed, without haggling once you are inside. A tip is a personal choice, never an obligation. A good adult massage visit ends as calmly as it began: dressed, thanked and on your way, with the room left as you found it.
